- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We almost always charge by the square foot unless there's special circumstances. We believe this is a good solution for the fact that some of our cleaners are more experienced than others. That keeps the client from paying more because their cleaning team (while still amazing cleaners) might not be as fast as some of the more seasoned staff. We offer discounts for recurring services. 20% for weekly cleanings, 15% for bi-weekly cleanings, and 10% for monthly cleanings. We charge a $25 pet fee for homes with furry members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Lot of our customers schedule us a time that they will be out of the home. The most common now days is for the customer to give us our own entry door code (for the ones who have the keypad entry doors) or to give us a copy of their key or the good ol fashion way of leaving one under the doormat. Some people stay home while we clean and just trade sides of the house with us as we progress. Some go outside and walk the dog or garden. Its really up to the customer. We will work around whatever situation you prefer.
