We offer discounts for off-peak moves, repeat customers, and referrals. Additionally, any special handling fees (for fragile or oversized items) will be clearly discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a detailed consultation where we assess the customer’s needs. We provide a free, no-obligation quote based on the scope of the move. Once confirmed, we schedule the move and offer guidance on packing and preparation. On moving day, our team arrives promptly, handles belongings with care, and ensures everything is delivered safely to the new location. Post-move, we check in to ensure the customer is satisfied with the service.
