- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking to our helpful office staff on the initial phone call, we will send one of our highly knowledgeable comfort advisors to your home to answer all your questions, explain your options and give you the best price available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers are trained and certified through Carrier™, NATE™ and the EPA. They also attend education classes regularly, especially for newly available products.
