- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation: We start with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. During this call, we discuss not only your fitness level but also your lifestyle. We’ll also introduce you to our wide range of services to find the best fit for your needs and help you reach your health goals. 2. First Personal Training Session: Your first personal training session is 50% off. In this session, we’ll test your limits and range to better understand your fitness level and then create a personalized plan tailored specifically to you. 3. Planning and Ongoing Support: If you’re satisfied with our initial session, we’ll schedule your workouts for the upcoming month. Payment is received upfront to enhance accountability, with a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure commitment. Once scheduled and payment is confirmed, we’ll implement your plan and provide continuous support, guidance, and adjustments to keep you on track and achieve your goals.

With a Master of Sports Science, Nutrition and Physical Activity from the University of Southern Denmark, we bring a deep understanding of how to optimize physical health through targeted exercise and balanced nutrition.
