Lindsay is prompt in responding and was too easy to try scheduling with, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to work with her due to a time mismatch, but I’m sure she is a great trainer because of the way she explained her work style.
I wish Lindsay all the best in her future deeds.

When I first started training with Lindsay I was moderately depressed, massively overweight, and lethargic. That was about 2 1/2 to 3 months ago. I was 5'10, 288 lbs. After weighing myself with her today I am now 262 lbs. 💪🏃💯. I can't tell you how much Lindsay has helped me not only in my attitude towards life, my fitness goals, and just being the most patient trainer and salsa choreographer partner. The results are real as long as you're willing to put in the effort and determination.

Lindsay has been nothing short of a blessing in my life. Prior to training with Lindsay, I was overweight, unhappy and unable to keep a consistent workout schedule. Lindsay has a clear understanding of my training objectives and I am proud to say that within less than a year I am a completely different person both physically and mentally. Lindsay was able to slowly build me up to get a stronger and more fit body and thanks to her I feel confident in my own skin again! Lindsay has a background in college soccer so she has been trained by knowledgeable people.She has patience and a history of helping people and weight loss. Excellent dancer as well as accomplished instructor.
