Hayley has been such a godsend! While recovering from a foot injury that left me bed-bound for several weeks, Hayley came up with creative programming that ensured I got a good full body workout even when I couldn’t stand up. After I could hobble around a little, I took advantage of her vast swim coaching experience by incorporating technique instruction, swim drills, laps in my apartment’s pool. In addition to her intelligently-designed workouts, one of her greatest strengths is truly listening to her client’s goals, preferences, abilities, and limitations and then tailoring activities to align. She is also fun to be around and talk to, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I would recommend Hayley to anyone looking for personal training or swim coaching, whether you’ve been working out or swimming for years or just starting out.
