Keith is an amazing chef! From adapting to my dietary restrictions to presentation of the meals! I was the photographer of the event in which he was catering for and he made sure I ate good too! So sweet! He is a top notch chef and absolutely everyone loved his venezuelan dishes! My favorite is the tostón cuz they are vegan, crunchy, sweet & salty at the same time! Buenissimo!!
