- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price for the work is not cheap. I try to provide the best service. I find a solution even in the most complex projects. Quality cannot be cheap. We can always discuss an additional discount. I provide a savings discount for regular customers. I also provide a veteran's discount of up to 50%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
More often than not, interaction with a new client starts with understanding his project, what needs to be done, when it will be convenient for him, whether I can do the work for him in the shortest possible time. I ask for photos and a detailed description of what the client wants to get as a result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated as an engineer in the academy, as well as a lot of training to improve the qualifications of various activities, including technical.
