Honesty and Integrity! I went to PC Max expecting to replace my slightly cracked laptop touchscreen, but Payan, the proprietor, pointed out that the mouse, trackpad, and screen sensors were independent and disabled the touchscreen saving me $450. Payam is a very nice guy! Really high quality service. Highly recommend! My laptop screen was cracked and I went to Apple Store but was told my apple care was expired. I found him on Thumbtack. He replied to me immediately and gave me price estimates. He is very understanding and efficient. I got my laptop back the second day I sent it to him. If he didn’t need to order a new accessory for me it would be done in 2-3 hours the day that he received my laptop. For people who want fast and quality service you won’t be disappointed by Payam. My partner and I truly appreciate his help.
