FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Feel free to ask! I offer flexible pricing options based on location, the number of sessions booked, and whether sessions are conducted in person or online. Please don't hesitate to reach out for more details and to discuss a personalized pricing plan that suits your needs and preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a call. This phone call is the first step in getting acquainted and helps me better understand your health and wellness goals. It also helps us determine if private yoga is right for you. Next, we schedule our first session. This initial introductory yoga lesson provides an opportunity for us to meet, address any questions or concerns, and includes an evaluation of your health, mobility, personal goals and a strategy for meeting those goals. We then create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week with yoga lessons that are suited to your body and your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over twenty years of professional experience as a certified and registered yoga teacher and wellness coach, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to my practice. My yoga journey began with a transformative 200-hour teacher certification at The Mindful Body in San Francisco, California 2001. Since then, I have consistently honed my expertise through immersive courses, workshops, and specialized teacher training programs, focusing on various styles, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Kids, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Restorative Yoga. In addition to my yoga training, I've completed comprehensive wellness coaching programs, which enable me to guide you in yoga practices and making holistic lifestyle choices that support your overall well-being. My coaching approach encompasses mindfulness, breathwork, and lifestyle strategies to foster lasting transformations, enhancing all aspects of your life. Throughout my career, I've learned from renowned teachers such as Tim Miller, Nischala Joy Devi, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Judith Lasater, Sara Powers, and Rod Stryker. While these experiences have been enriching, my deepest source of inspiration comes from the extraordinary individuals I am privileged to teach and coach. They are the heart of my journey, fueling my passion and purpose in yoga and holistic well-being.
