She didn't do the dishes or the beds after we agreed to give her $130 upon arrival with dishes included . But after she finished the dishes we're not done and she still tired to ask for the $130 and claimed it's because our house was too dirty .

Reached out to us in response and discussed the requirement in detail. Came home to view and provided estimate. Confirmed date and time more than a week before. On the day of cleaning, said there was an accident. Was concerned so checked and she said she was fine and could come later. Scheduled the next day and then told me 30 mins before that she cannot come because of the accident and the amount discussed. Very unprofessional.
