- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client that is selling their home we will sit down in a consultative approach to find out what your time line and current needs are for selling your home, and together we will craft a timeline and custom marketing plan that is appropriate for you and your home. When working with buyers we do the same taking into consideration your timeline, budget, and needs. Our goal whether buying or selling is to set you up for success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ann Shumbo a licensed sales professional who has been working in real estate full time since 2011. She holds a marketing degree from Northeastern University in Boston and an Interior Design degree from the FIDM along with brings 22 years of corporate sales & marketing experience to her real estate business. This has benefited her clients while negotiating transactions, keeping deals together, helping sellers get their home prepared, and has helped maximize the profits for her sellers.
