- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always upfront with our fees so there are no surprises throughout the planning process or as you near the special day. Our pricing varies depending on services booked, your overall budget, and the vision you have not only for your wedding but what you expect from your planner. Although logistics can sway these numbers, most of our full-service planning clients spend an average of $700-1,250 per guest. Furthermore, if your budget doesn't meet those statistics, we have other various options to serve all ranges. From our exclusive in-house vendors to all the tricks we've gained over our decade of experience, we're happy to put together a package that is suited to an appropriate budget for all event hosts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a planning process that breaks down into phases which we outline as soon as we start working together. We've found over the years that there absolutely is an order in which a large event should be planned in order to maximize your budget and ensure the little details (and big logistics!) don't get overlooked. Upon booking, we will get to know you and your fiance to really dive into what's important in your daily lives. Getting to know our clients is how we best execute personalized events and weddings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the wedding & events industry for nearly a decade - starting in San Francisco and transitioning to Southern California after a couple years. I’ve been in the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara markets for over 8 years now and planned, designed, and executed events ranging from 2 to 800 guests! Whatever it is you want to put together, we can help you out with as much or little involvement from your planner as possible. We’ve had clients hand over the entire production to us with just a couple inspo photos, and we’ve had clients that simply need a little guidance in piecing together their special day. We truly believe experience is the best education in this business, and almost any event professional will tell you the same!
