Luis and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They arrived on time every single day and were extremely responsive and knowledgeable for every question we had. Luis kept me up to date on project completion projections, he helped us problem solve through design questions, and he did it all with kindness. Our bathroom looks GORGEOUS. So mad I forgot to take before pictures of our ugly 90's bathroom situation lol but it looks amazing now, so that's all that matters. We would recommend him to anyone!

We hired L.E. Construction to finish out the interior of an ADU we’re building. His team completed the following for this project: insulation, sheetrock, tape & float (level 4), painted, trimwork, and tiled the shower. The quality of the work and the communication for this project was great. Luis’ team was onsite everyday, all day until the work was finished. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism as well. Luis called daily to let me know the status as they progressed through the project work. They protected the floor and left the site neat and cleaned up when they left as well. I would highly recommend Luis and his team. I plan to contact them again for additional renovation work we have planned in the future.

I got quotes from 6 companies, and chose LE Construction because Luis really seemed to understand exactly what I was going for. He's very down to earth, practical, and honest. His pricing is also incredibly reasonable compared to companies that spend a lot of money on marketing, answering services, etc. Anyway, Luis had two jack-of-all-trades guys dedicated to my project. Luis estimated the job would take three weeks, and they were super diligent and made the deadline. A day later I noticed a couple minor oversights, and they came back and took care of it. I was impressed, too, because they added extra touches here and there. I paid the agreed upon rate in three installments, per our contract. There were no hidden costs. Everything went great. I'm really happy to have found an honorable company, and I plan to stick with them as long as they're around!

I was happy with my overall experience. Luis and his team demoed my master bath, moved my shower and toilet, and removed the closet so i could have a more open concept in the master bath. Pros: super nice, respectful and solid work. Also open to feedback and suggestions. Cons: could have done things differently to keep the mess down. I am not a fan of using contractors but needed a hand this time. I would definitely use them again.

L.E. Construction is very professional and responsive. I asked them in the morning and they appeared on a very timely manner in the afternoon. Though their quotes were high and I didn’t select their service, their professionalism can be applauded. Would recommend
