- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are Free. The cost for tile installation differs from type of tile, pattern layout, condition of existing flooring and square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first see the job, take measurements and talk with the client regarding their wants and needs. I then process an Estimate Agreement which is sent to the client for review. Once approved by client, we talk about the process and dates available for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught. I started working with a Tile company as a Tile helper when I was 18 having no knowledge of the type of work. A few years after, I started installing the Tile myself as a "Tile setter". I have since been installing Tile successfully and meeting clients expectations.
