I am sorry that this happened to you I remember this job this is a pocket door going from a kitchen into a living room when I got there I looked it over and I remember this is a rental unit and I told the renter that we needed to contact you because we needed to put in a new rail she said she was paying for it and she would just want to temporary fix so I went ahead with the temporary fix telling her that this wouldn't last long we needed to take the door completely out take the rail out and replace the wood inside on top of it and then put a new rail in I am at pocket door expert so I know what I'm talking about I've been doing it for a long time I've never had a situation like this happen except for when I am told by the person who I'm working for to go ahead and do a temporary fix I only charged you half the price because I knew it wouldn't last long if you would like I can go back there and install a new one for you I feel bad at no charge at all you can reach me at 408-856-5735 thank you for your time
