Seller pay the same fee you would pay a new agent, but you get 34 years and over 1600 successful transactions worth of experience to work for you! Buyers can hire us for FREE, as sellers traditionally pay the brokerage fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For sellers, an initial interview to determine what your needs are is the best way to start; what is your optimal timing? Does your home need upgrades or repairs? Where are you moving to? How and when do you best prefer to communicate? Do you want us to handle everything and update you along the way, or do you want personal involvement in the process? For buyers, he best way to start is an initial meeting to determine how we can best help you; what are you looking for? What is your budget? Are you pre-approved for financing? How and when do you best prefer to communicate?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, we attend seminars and training to stay up-to-date on the best practices for real estate. We 34 years worth of experience, so there should be no surprises or added stress. We are considered the local experts by KPIX Channel 5, appearing regularly to provide real estate updates. We are considered experts by the Superior Court of California, testifying on property valuation issues.
