- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we charge 6% of gross rents for most residential property - less for multiple properties. Commercial property is on a case-by-case basis. We'd love to talk to you about your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please visit our website and give us a phone call. We have an introduction email which you can review, then we will visit the property with you and engage. We are different than other property managers, as we provide free legal advise for clients who own properties in the state of California.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David Roberson has been a rental property owner since 1998 - he owns multiple rental properties himself. David is a California Real Estate Broker, and California Real Estate Attorney. There are very few property managers that have David's extensive education and experience both as an attorney, broker and landlord.
