My daughter has had only two sessions so far. Maria is very encouraging and my daughter enjoys her lessons. Sydney loves the fact that Maria lets her sing her own style of music but lets her know what works and what may not work. Maria also seems to bring a lot of experience and skills.

My daughter was iffy at best about taking voice lessons. I felt she needed something to do during quarantine and I also felt there was a little something there when she sang. She was not as confident. She told me she didnt want to do it, her voice was not good enough. Now we are 3 months in and I hear improvement but more important I am starting to see confidence. I hear her practicing her scales and the songs she will be singing in her lesson. Marie has made it fun for my daughter while still teaching her. I listen as she slyly correct without triggering my daughter's self doubt. I am glad I selected Marie as her voice coach.

I have been working with Marie for over three years and I can’t emphasize enough how much I have grown. I came to her knowing next to nothing and since we started every lesson has given me something to focus on and improve. She takes the time to get to know her students and their style of learning. I went into this wanting to learn how to sing and I know things today I didn’t even realize I wanted to learn. She gives all the time in the world to students who are motivated and engaged. I wanted to share my experience working with Marie and her quality work. I checked her Thumbtack profile and contacted her since I saw she has amazing reviews and hands down turned out to be all true whatever people were saying about their great experiences. She always shows up, pretty flexible and has so much patience with kids since my kid is only 7 and he wasn’t listening to me but he started to play his first song today and I am so happy to know Marie and will definitely recommend her to anyone want to start learning music specially Piano and by the way, she has an amazing vocal and great control on it.
