Kevin did a great job for me. He showed up early, figured out the problem with my heater quickly, fixed it, and then explained things I could do next time to forestall a service call. Would definitely use him again.

I hired Kevin to do a diagnosis to repair a washing machine in one of the properties we manage. He was honest about the diagnosis (we had received a previous quote already). His quote was reasonable so we decided to hire him. He repaired the washing machine, our tenants were happy with the service and our landlord was happy with the quote. We decided to hire him again but this time in our own home to replace the door gasket for our washing machine. He has done three jobs for us so far and continue to refer him to our other clients. We had a wonderful experience working with Kevin. He was very responsive and flexible when scheduling our appointment. Our dishwasher stopped draining, and we tried to fix it ourselves but failed. This has been a few months so it was very dirty. He showed up on time and started right away at our dishwasher. We were super impressed by his professionalism. He removed the parts, did some testing with his tools, found a clog in the pump, and unclogged it within a few minutes. He also offered options to fix a missed part on the door and service to deep clean our dishwasher. As our dishwasher was very old, we were considering replacing it. Kevin answered our questions about different options. He charged a fee that is very competitive. He offered cost saving solutions and didn't try to sell anything. We are very happy about his service and will work with him again when we install our new dishwasher, or fix other appliances in the future. Kevin is also a very nice person. He owns his business with his wife. We'd highly recommend them.
