showed up on time, fixed the dishwasher quickly (15 minutes). A bit pricey ($180) but I didn't know how to fix it so that's what one pays. Post Script: 8 days later, it quit working again and I can't get ahold of Elshan Abulfon (who Happy Again Plumbing says does not work for them) and I can't connect with anyone at Thumbtack to try to resolve it. I resorted to finding a local appliance repair who immediately looked at it and showed me the first repair person left off the drain plug, which made it not drain. Lesson: find someone local that you know you can talk to if there are issues. Thumbtack - make yourself easily available to users who get burned and maybe do a better job of vetting your clinicians.
