- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide one of the cheapest services in CA. Diagnostic fee vary from $80 to 100. Minimal labor price is 200$. Total price is created by labor price+price of the parts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We discuss estimated price and availability; 2. We take adress, phone number and model number of the appliance from the customer to schedule a visit; 3. We provide diagnostics and fixing or installation; 4. We support our customers past the work with all new issues in their appliances and in case our repairing done was not enough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two college educations and over 10 years of practice.
