Extremely thorough, he saved money by telling us the truth, that our 27-year-old, still working dryer repair would cost more in parts than to buy a new dryer. His phone gets part prices, and you get an accurate quote of the work he will do. Also, he saved us money by telling my husband how to fix our freezer.
