Introduction
As a 200 hour RYT and 85 hour RPYT, targeted yoga instruction for the whole person is my cornerstone. Having worked with children, pregnant folks, and everyone in between, taking in each being as an individual and connecting your mind body and spirit in whatever season of life you are in is my specialty.

I’ve had a rejuvenating experience taking both the prenatal and regular vinyasa yoga classes with Nola. I can’t recommend her enough! Not only is she the nicest person you’ll ever meet but her classes offer very thoughtful sequencing too. Every movement seamlessly flows into the other resulting in the perfect balance between a challenge and relaxation. I love Nola’s class in particular because she is always very attentive, and offers personal accommodations and various modifications which allows for every level to feel comfortable participating in every movement. What sets Nola apart is her dedication to making the classes accessible. Nola nurtures a safe environment and teaches movements to support the unique needs of pregnancy. So whether your a beginner or been doing this for a while. And even if you have any physical disabilities. These unique classes lead by a knowledgeable and supportive teacher like Nola are indeed for you!

Working with Nola was nothing but an uplifting experience. She gave me so much peace in one of the scariest times of my life. She never hesitated to go above and beyond for me and her other students.

Nola is a fantastic teacher! I highly suggest that anyone pregnant take her prenatal class. It is so relaxing, and she makes it comfortable for every stage of your pregnancy.
