My name is Sophia, and I am a passionate yogi and certified yoga teacher committed to inspiring my clients to create a mindful and rewarding practice. I am an RYT 200hr with a Yin and Ayurveda specialism and over five years of experience. I welcome beginners as well as advanced practitioners, and I specialise in inversions, toning, flexibility and restorative practices. However, my keen interest in continuing education qualification in yin and restorative yoga will help deepen your practice. So not only will I turn you into a handstand pro if you'd like, but I can assist with relaxation, rehabilitation from injury or trauma and guide you to connect with your breathing to achieve stillness and inner peace.
Through our sessions, you will discover how to move freely with postures and stretches along with beneficial breathing techniques. With every successive class, you will connect to your true self, dispel any tension, and attain a balance that will leave you feeling positive and calm. It is easy to fall into a pattern of anxiety and negativity these days, but yoga is the grounding force that encourages stillness and harmony within.
I will treat all your goals and ailments with the highest priority, and no matter the limitations, you will always leave feeling lighter, stronger and hopefully, happier. If you are new to yoga, I will constantly check-in to see if you are pleased with the challenging postures and if I need to pay attention to your form. I am a supportive teacher that will encourage your practise while ensuring you learn yoga safely and resolutely.
My rates are very affordable, and I offer a 15% discount when you buy a block of ten sessions. Based on your needs, my sessions can be online or in-person at a location where you are comfortable.
