Hello! My name is Victoria and I would love to be your support on your yoga/meditation journey. My style is very laid back. We laugh, joke, and bring in the realities of the world into the practice. I work hard to listen to your goals to make sure the practice aligns with you and your lifestyle. I have taught for over 9 years teaching various styles including vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, and children's yoga. Additionally, in my meditation
