Melanie was so fun to work with! She instructed for us at an all girls birthday party and brought such a soothing ambience to our yoga session. She provided sanitized mats and an amazing soundtrack. She very supportive through the guiding of breathing techniques and postures, making this class very beginner friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Melanie. We had a girls weekend away in Malibu for our friends 40th birthday celebration. Melanie started our Saturday off with perfection. She showed up on time and set up everything for us and also cleaned up. It was a carefree way to start the day and unwind. If you have an outdoor space, I would definitely suggest you use that. Melanie was a great instructor for my cousins wedding day morning! We got to get her jitters out and move before starting her big day. It was great that all the equipment (mats and blocks) were provided because we were all from out of town. We even had the most beautiful candles and essential oils to really round out the experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like discuss with you prior to starting out sessions and have a chat about your background in yoga, goals for the practice, any specific requests etc. This helps me to use my training and background in teaching to tailor our sessions to your specific needs! As we practice more together, I will adjust our flows to make sure you feel rejuvenated by your practice!
