I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 2018, a journey that began when my college volleyball career came to an end. I was searching for a way to stay active, and yoga quickly became more than just physical exercise—it transformed my mind and body. Through yoga, I’ve experienced increased flexibility, better stress management, mental clarity, and a deeper connection with myself. Now, I’m passionate about helping others find the same grounding, mindfulness, and awareness in their own practice, guiding them towards a clearer, more balanced life. It is a great honor to service others looking to gain flexibility, confidence, endurance, and an overall sense of wellbeing.
