FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep my prices fair to the level of work that I provide. I’m certain that my investment in making your work outstanding is above and beyond my average competitor—and my prices do reflect that. However, I’m always willing to work with you—if a cost seems out of range, *just ask* if I’m willing to reduce it! My aim is for the value I provide to *always* outshine my price point, so I will work with you (within reason) until you are 100% satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information as I can about your project and work style up front. Once I’ve mentally downloaded your goals and hesitations, I can break down the project (and payment) into milestones that would meet both of our needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA from a top university (Tufts) and over 15 years of experience editing, proofreading, writing, and ghostwriting.
