Scheduled an appointment to get a quote for replacing a window in my house, and they never showed up. When asked why they didn't show up, they said they forgot. Tried to give them a 2nd chance because things happen, and now an hour after the 2nd meeting we scheduled, they tell me they aren't coming and to find someone else.
