He took an hour to take very little paper off. He just didn’t get the importance of soaking. I had to hire another pro to finish the job. Perhaps these guys would be good at installing paper, but they sure don’t know how to remove it.

Hi Kare! Thanks for your feedback. The only concern we had that we may damage your wall during soaking removal as wallpapepr is very old and glue is deeply inside. As we do not provide walls prep service (only wallpaper installation/removal) - we recommended to find someone else for your project to make sure that you are in good hands.
