Our install went very smoothly and everything looks great! The gentlemen who came for the install were friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. They understood the scope of our project and were insightful in ways that allowed us to make the right choices for the mounting of our TV. We would highly recommend them. I had two tv installation done from TV Wall Mounters pro. While the installation was good but the level of professionalism was low. The mounter did not offer to clean after they drilled the holes and hung the mount. They offered to clean only when I started to clean. Additionally the mounter did not care about your personal items and spread all tools and equipment on sensitive furniture without spreading a sheet or a cloth to avoid any scratches. They also left a bunch of pen marks on the wall. They did not check for any wires or studs before they drilled the hole in the wall which at that point was of no use. I had to remind them to check for those.

this project ended up being way bigger/more difficult than anyone knew ahead of time. and i was on a time crunch, they scrambled to find people to come and patch up the issues ASAP. and now i love my living room setup more than ever before. highly reccomend.

TV Wall Mounters did the best job I could have possibly asked for! Calvin was awesome, his work was flawless I'm so happy with how my TV looks and how clean the wires were hidden in the wall. We offer a standard and premium membership plan which includes discounts as high as 30% on some installations. We will price match any competitor if you provide an estimate in writing and the price is within fair market value for our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can call in or chat with us on our website where we will determine what the customer's needs are. From there we will send the customer an estimate, if the customer approves, we take a nominal deposit. We then schedule the job for either the same day or future service depending on our schedule. Same-day service does require an additional fee unless you are a standard or premium monthly member.
