- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TV Wall Mounters techs have a combined 36 years of experience. Our customers pay for peace of mind, as we are insured and our techs are background checked. We offer a standard and premium membership plan which includes discounts as high as 30% on some installations. We will price match any competitor if you provide an estimate in writing and the price is within fair market value for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can call in or chat with us on our website where we will determine what the customer's needs are. From there we will send the customer an estimate, if the customer approves, we take a nominal deposit. We then schedule the job for either the same day or future service depending on our schedule. Same-day service does require an additional fee unless you are a standard or premium monthly member.
