Jose and his team quoted me an affordable price, showed up on time and trimmed the overgrown tree exactly how I wanted. They did the job safely by avoiding vehicles that were parked near the tree and they did a great job cleaning up after. The whole process took under two hours. I plan to use JYL Tree Care again soon for some other trees on my property that I want trimmed and one that I need to remove. I recommend reaching out to JYL if you’re thinking about trimming your trees.

I should start by saying I got 5 different quotes and had 5 different professionals assess the scope of work that I needed and Jose’s professional demeanor and fair pricing was what drew me to select him for the project.
I needed help pruning/trimming a protected oak tree in one of the most challenging cities to work with that in terms of tree regulations—he handled it calmly and professionally. We had a disgruntled neighbor that approached his team very aggressively and threatened to call the police (which the neighbor did). Jose’s team stopped and dealt with neighbor and the city inspector. Jose politely spoke to the inspector and was given the approval to proceed and instructed to call the inspector directly if he had issues or questions.
This speaks volumes of Jose’s character that he was able to gain the trust of the inspector to do the work well and not harm the tree. full compliance with local ordinances.
Even when faced with city involvement and a challenging, troublesome neighbor, Jose maintained control, navigating the situation calmly and effectively.
His pricing was fair and transparent, reflecting the complexity of the job without unnecessary markups. Jose delivers results where others might falter. His expertise and composure in difficult circumstances set him apart. Jose has my business for as long as I need tree services and will highly recommend him to others who needs tree services.

I am so happy we found JYL (Jose) and his team. Not only did he provide good quality work he’s definitely an arborist and provided lot of input about our trees how to handle fungus and disease and where to plant new trees, etc. etc. etc.. we definitely will have him and his team back to keep our trees intact and looking good into the future
