Israel was responsive, timely and super helpful! We had a monster backyard weed/tumbleweed problem on a downhill slope. Quite frankly, I felt it was a fire hazard. he called me and charge me $85. he said the $45 is just for maintenance. clearly on the message its for the visit that he will do the grass. now i understand why he did not reply by a text or here and instead calling me for just saying the $85.
