We are not the cheapest company, our focus is on providing long term solutions not cutting corners to offer the cheapest option. We believe in quality and an upfront business model. Though every installation or repair varies in the scope of work, our number 1 goal is to have your irrigation system water both effectively and efficiently. It's important to us that our clients be as informed as possible at all times, making our customer satisfaction our top priority. Call us today to learn more about how we can help with your irrigation system. **Our company has a $300 minimum charge to come out and execute any repairs. ***Our troubleshooting fee is $150. This includes diagnostic of faulty valves, timers and smart timers. ****Our wire tracing/ locating buried valves fee is $100 per valve or timer wire break. ****We offer an hourly repair service at an hourly fee of $195 per hour for two technicians plus material cost, with a two hour minimum.

Been having some problems with flooding in my new back yard after I built a new house. Been trying to figure out how to fix it. The sprinklers were brand new and I am already having fatal flaws in it. Called someone like this company they came out two days ago and said you have so many leaks. They were telling me I had leaks where I didn't have leaks. It was suspicious they wanted 1500.00 to fix it. I called First Rate Irrigation, they were so responsive, came out the same day, did about 2 hours of evaluating the property, said you have no leaks, just a drainage issue How honest! The other guy was going to charge me $1500 to do nothing. This guy is like no leaks, so I said okay can you fix it. he said they dont do drains. This is the first honest company. They did not charge me, free estimate. I will definitely have all my work in irrigation done by First Rate from now on. What professionalism!.

We perform an inspection of the problem/issue you are having with your irrigation system. We then give you a price estimate for what needs to be done to complete the repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and meet our new customer. We discuss the issues they are having with their irrigation system and we inspect those issues. We then go ahead and inspect the rest of their system to see if there are any other issues they might have missed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained by Certified Irrigation Instructors to perform all necessary repairs and installation of new irrigation systems.
