- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply reach out via phone or our website and get a FREE instant quote. Once you sign a deal, our process kicks off with a site survey to get an understanding of your electrical setup and the condition of your roof. After a site survey is completed, our team compiles information from the survey and enters it into our internal portal. From there, we loop in our design team so they can begin working on the most optimal solar panel design for the home. Photos from the site survey help our designers create the best layout for the panels given the homeowner’s electrical setup. When it’s time for permitting (some jurisdictions require it, while others don’t), Monalee homeowners can expect a fairly straightforward process. After a homeowner’s solar design is finalized, our team compiles their application package and submits it to their local jurisdiction—either online or, in rare cases, directly in person. Once your permits have been approved, we schedule your installation. After the final inspection and permission to operate from your utility company, it's time to activate your system.
