What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the work needed, features desired, and customization. Once contracts are signed we charge a 15% deposit for the full build and then 30 day billing cycles until the final month where we credit you back the 15%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to get to know our clients and their vision through an initial consultation call where we dive into their needs and requirements in order to develop an accurate estimate and timeline. Next we break down the pricing and schedule where clients can finalize what they want developed. From there we sign contracts and begin the work.
