FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tough to beat in the industry. Because we are a boutique agency, we are able to cut down costs while not forgoing any attention to the quality of service delivered. We provide the same level of service you would get from a big company while providing you with the price of a freelancer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After signing up a new client, we have our "setup and branding" call where we get everything set up in the account, receive account access, and then do a branding call where we pinpoint and clearly define goals and brand tonality. This is a very important call. Depending on the nature of the project, we will meet once a week to go over updates and future directions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In short, I passed my 10,000 hours of training years ago. I have nearly a decade of marketing experience and have been working day in and day out in the digital marketing space for the past 5 years. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business and Economics and I minored in Media Studies. Much of my focus was on marketing. I have been trained at some of the top marketing companies in the nation and after exceeding in my corporate roles I decided I wanted to help customers in a more intimate setting.
