My goal is to help you develop your musical ability, no matter what level, and bring out the best version of you. I want to show you the tools to be able to create and express the stories within you and not be held up by the confusing road bumps we all come to when exploring our talents. Joey’s a wonderful vocal coach that truly cares about his students doing good work. He’s knowledgeable and creates a safe learning environment. I appreciate the fact that he accompanies me on the piano. I’ve taken lessons with other teachers in the past and was use to singing along to a karaoke version. I’ve enjoyed learning the proper techniques to hone my craft. Highly recommend! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For in studio lessons I charge $40 per half hour and $60 per hour. For in-home lessons, prices vary due to location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a person to person conversation. Our lessons together is a special time to be free and honest. There is no judgement. I like to get to know my students and what their interests are before just diving into the music, otherwise how would I know what to teach them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Jazz Piano, Vocals, and Audio Production from The University of Denver Lamont School of Music. I have been writing music for over 18 years and have worked with several Grammy award winning artists, producers, and engineers.
