This man does not play! I received communication in regard to my inquiry the following day, I was provided with a quote very quickly, and the entire process was done within a one week time frame. Officer Gross and his crew were AMAZING!!!! I cannot say enough good things. He was totally on top of things, was helpful, and was so genuinely KIND. My event ran overtime, and he kept coming back in to make sure I was SURE we would be okay. Everyone at my event was so grateful to have security there, I am especially grateful that it was him specifically. I really felt like he had our backs. Will be hiring again FOR SURE!!!

Officer arrived on time, was courteous to everyone. I had a situation of supervising evicted tenants move out , having a professional uninformed officer on site really help things go smoothly. At one point some neighbor called a tow truck, the officer was able to turn them away, if wasn’t for him being there, things could get more complicated.
