Unfortunately I wasn’t able to experience the on-site service but here is a review about booking experience. I booked bodyguard protection about 3 hours prior to my event, knowing it was last minute I wasn’t expecting much. But surprisingly Fortis said they would be able to provide service. However an hour prior, the guard called me personally and told me he would not be able to come until 30-45ish minutes after my needed start time due to being out of town. That didn’t work for me, but the scheduler told me no worries someone else would be able to help. Well that didn’t happen due to in being so last minute. I think my request was last minute and Fortis should not have accepted the event without knowing for sure they can fulfill the request. More than willing to give them another shot and update my review when I need bodyguard service again with more request time in advance

We hired Fortis for an unusual circumstance: guard our wedding gazebo and decorations that were in a county park while we got ready then pack them up afterward. Our guard, Humberto, was amazing. He showed up dressed dapper for a wedding then even offered to help us set up (we were clearlyrunning behindschedulethat morning)! After the ceremony he kept an eye on the nearby playground where everyone's kids ran of to while we took photos. So amazing. While packing up stuff, he sent the occasional status update. So glad I used Fortis!
