Wow! What an amazing experience I had with Craig. He was very prompt, arrived right on time, and was able to assess the installation of 2 Ethernet lines in my home. I’m glad I called a professional to get the work done, as I almost attempted it myself. There’s no way I would have done nearly as good of a job as he did! They really came through for us. Our Pacific West Comm. Technician, Craig, could not have provided better service. We thought that two of our home security cameras had gone out, so we were replacing them. Craig checked all of our existing cameras and NVR systems for functionality. He was able to determine that all cameras were working and no need for replacement. Yay! Craig went the extra mile by cleaning the lenses on some very dirty cameras and cutting back some small tree branches blocking the view for one of the cameras. Superb! Upon completion, Craig made sure that all systems were go. He came clean and tidy and left our home clean and tidy. Craig, thank you for your expert customer care.
