Well, what a Good decision we made! Just recently, we decided to have our roof at home redone. As a result, we were referred to NRG Solar Co. At first, we felt skeptical; however, we were very happy with the attention that was given to us. Not only did we like the guy who did our roof, but we loved the end-product of his work as well. As a matter of fact, we have even been considering a window replacement in order to save money on our energy. Once we make our final decision, we will definitely be going with NRG Upgrade for not only our windows, but for many future projects down the road as well. I, for one, highly extoll this company for everything down to their genial personality and professional attitude. If you want friendly attention, and impeccable efficiency, You have come to the proper people for the job.I guarantee it!

My experience with NRG UPGRADE has been nothing less than review worthy. Starting with my Specialist Asaf, whom at our first initial meeting was very patient and answered all my questions and I had a lot. Asaf did a great job informing me of what and why to go Solar. He was very clear in regards to the process and time frame of the project, and spear no cost in following up on the process whether with a phone call or a house visit. My installation team was on point, very sweet guys. Jose one of the technicians came back and made certain I was connected to my Wi-Fi and such and that I understood the system... if you are considering Solar choose Asaf and his team at NRG UPGRADE 3104805668

After researching for a company to use for my solar installation, I came across NRG Upgrade. At first, I was recommended to contact them by a close friend of mine but I still wanted to do my own research, I am very specific with the type of work I am expecting so I came onto the yelp account for NRG Upgrade and browsed through the reviews, the pictures of their work and mainly to see what people had to say about their customer service and the way they provide the work.I was satisfied with what I found on the internet and was hoping they would provide me the same great job as all of the customers that wrote about their satisfaction with this company. I went ahead and called them, already I had a great experience on the phone with the office as they were very detailed and specific with pricing and how they would go about this job. They sent someone out the next day to come take a look since I am picky and needed an estimator to check the home out before starting the job so I can get an accurate price without any surprises and just get to know him to judge the company.I really enjoyed meeting the estimator, he was very informative and told me exactly what needs to be done. He made me feel comfortable about going through with their company so I did. I am so glad I did, they are truly a great team and take their time to perfect as much as they could. I am now recommending them to my family and friends, and whomever else that needs solar work.

I am very much impressed with this company. I am so glad I went with them and there is many reasons why I did. After researching several solar companies, NRG Upgrade was superior in many ways: the materials used, guarantee, and the fact that everything is done in-house (sales, design, engineering, and installation). They were constantly in contact with me throughout the whole process which made me feel comfortable and more confident in the company. There is nothing better than customer service like this. Communicative and professional. They did an outstanding job installing solar panels on my roof. I would definitely recommend this company with full confidence to my family, friends, and whomever is reading this review!

I got excellent service from these guys, they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and get my mother's home installed with solar. They are about to save her $$$$ every year, installing solar was worth every penny! Who wouldnt want to save tons every year on their electrical bill? Also, it is even better when it's with a great company like NRG. They were so neat when doing the job and very knowledgeable about their work they were providing. My mom is also very satisfied with this company and I am glad I got to find them, I already scheduled them to come out to my own property end of November because I am ready to get solar installment and save as well. This company deserves more than 5 stars, amazing !
