I highly recommend Oscar and his team. We had a significant roof leak and major rain was about to start in two days. He was able in a professional manner to point out unequivocally the causes of the leakages. They were fixed professionally in time and the recent rain proved that it was successful. The price was appropriate, and in fact we would have saved money by calling Oscar right away instead of paying someone to just patch it up which did not fix the issue at all. Next time I call Oscar first.

Alpha One responded quickly to my ThumbTack request. They setup a site appointment to asses my full roof replacement and got back to me with a quote within a couple of days. Sean was very responsive and accessible by phone. The job hasn’t started yet due to pulling permits and scheduling materials. I’m optimistic and confident that they’ll do a good job based on my experience so far.

INSPECTION SHOULD ALWAYS COME BEFORE PRICING. We will come out to the residence and check accessibility, measurements, roof layers, the colors you want and the materials needed. Roofs can take from 2 days to 3-4 weeks. Price is dependent on specific project factors. Once we quote you for a service, we honor the price. No hourly fees. No hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get on a phone call and discuss your goals and concerns, leading to a scheduled inspection in which we will take a look at the property and what is needed.
