We hired Arthur to remodel our guest bathroom for us. When he started, he said that it would take 17 days to complete the project (he even said he may finish earlier than that at one point). He started the project on August 9th and from day one, progress was very very slow. He never arrived on time. There were even days he wouldn’t arrive at all (after telling us he would be there). He started working on our bathroom on August 9th, and on September 19th, we made the decision to fire him. The attached photos show the state of our bathroom on September 19th. There was still so much work to be done. We had to hire someone else and spend even more money to have the work completed. The new workers that came in were able to finish in 3 days (what would’ve taken him three weeks. Arthur and his worker were very nice and cordial and the work was neat, but they just did not work in a timely manner and showed little to no respect for our time and money.
