We increase income for our clients by marketing and leasing vacant properties at the highest market rent while screening applicants to make sure we only rent to the most qualified tenants. We collect your rent or we don't get paid (our management fee is based on collected rents). We deal with maintenance requests on a timely basis and ensure that the properties are maintained properly. We do all your accounting, pay the bills and send you a detailed monthly report on your property.
