- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 5% of the monthly income with a minimum of $125/mo. If there is a vacancy, then there is a separate one-time per tenant leasing commission of a half month's rent. If there is an on-site resident manager, there is no leasing commission. There is also a discount for multiple properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a comprehensive list of documents needed to get started, and if you're transitioning from another management company, we will work directly with that company to transition all the paperwork. We try to make the transition as seamless as possible for our clients and their tenants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed brokers (required by the State of California) and also have professional designations through the California Association of Realtors as: Certified Property Manager and Certified International Property Specialist. We are members of the California Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles. Our employees are licensed, insured and bonded.
