Hello! I am a Grammy Nominated LA based artist, musician and educator who specializes in vocal performance (pop/contemporary/jazz vocals), music theory, and music production (Ableton). In addition offer trombone and brass pedagogy, music theory, jazz and improvisation studies, keyboard and harmony, ear training services, and composition and film scoring. I am driven to inspire creative minds of all ages to excel in their chosen artistic path. My performance and touring credits include touring with Grammy Winning Artists Macklemore, Gwen Stefani, Joe Jonas, Thomas Rhett, Macy Gray and many many more! I have a master's degree in music (jazz studies) from New York University. An electrifying trombonist with a plethora of musical ideas, Darius stands apart with his rich and resonant tone, ever-growing body of original music, and a keen sense of dialogue and interaction in all improvisatory settings.
