- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept traditional Medicare. If you have a supplemental policy, you may not owe anything out of pocket. Call us today and we can check your coverage. For our cash pay patients: even though you pay us out of pocket, if you have a PPO health insurance, there's a chance your insurance will be able to reimburse you for some or all of what you pay to A+ Care. There is a form on our website that helps to streamline the insurance verification process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first visit is always considered an initial evaluation. After we determine your therapy needs, we will come up with a plan of care together that best fits your needs and budget. Evaluation visits and treatment sessions typically last 45-60 mins.
