If youre scrolling through vendors looking for a wedding or event coordinator/planner, stop it. Youve found the person youre looking for.My wife and I had a fairly DIY wedding in Joshua Tree, and as we got down to the wire we realized we wouldnt be able to pull it all off alone. Thats when we found Jazmene. There is simply no way we would have been able to pull off our vision without Jazmene and her crew.Right away, Jazmene got us on a very helpful and easy to follow schedule. She reminded us of things that we wouldve forgotten to do (like tipping out vendors at the end of the night) and then took it all on so we didnt have to think about anything else, or add more onto our plate. When we were struggling to find transportation for guests in the desert, she reached out to and provided quotes from every service in the area and ultimately made it happen. She even drove the two hours from LA to go to our wedding venue and meet personally with the owner and see the space so she could plan out the vision we had shared.We dealt with a last minute venue change about a week out from our wedding day because of eminent rain, which is a nightmare for any couple to deal with. Thankfully, Jazmene orchestrated all of the changes between our new venue and our vendors making sure everything was seamless (even showing up with her team at 9am on the day of our wedding to help make sure our vision came to life, and that even the smallest details like table scapes were laid out correctly).Jazmene is diligent, tenacious, calming, kind, organized, conscientious, and her team is seamless and reflects her strong work ethic. I went to a fun 90th birthday party that Jaz was the event planner for! The event went without a hitch. The way she decorated the event with flowers, the backdrop for taking photos, down to the beautiful table cloth and place settings. All made for a really special event.

Jaz was amazing! You can tell that she really takes pride in her events and cares for her clients. She asked a lot of questions to help and answered a lot of mine so that we were both on the same page to create such a wonderful experience. Shes very responsive as well, I would definitely work with her again!

I have known Jazmene for number of years and have worked closely with her on many events. She has always shown the utmost in professionalism and care towards any job she takes on.     All of our packages are customizable. We do have a $500 minimum for all of our services.

    Please complete our event questionnaire so we can learn more about your event. After the questionnaire is completed we can schedule a complimentary phone consultation.
